Accelerating Agile learning at Northwestern Mutual
UX research
In the process of building an internal website for the adoption of Agile across Northwestern Mutual, I led an initiative for the development of personas to help us understand our users better.
The personas were organized by the typical roles in an Agile environment: developer, tester, business owner, product owner, scrum master, people leader, and non people leader. Below are examples of what we learned about the developer role in this company.

Four different concepts were developed around the idea of finding what each team or individual needed help with the most in their Agile growth process.
